![]() ![]() help is, of course, appreciated.I’m getting used to Vtiger but I have a product I’m already selling and hoping to move off QuickBooks for payment processing, as QuickBooks manages the actual processing of the monthly invoice (as a “Sales Receipt”) but it’s detached from the contract and other items I want customers to be able to access from a portal I’m hoping to use Vtiger to accomplish. i'll continue to dig into this, and report back what i find. There are lots of files to be edited to address this issue, the wiki post explains how to identify them quickly. (in this case, it doesn't break it, but custom tasks don't show up in the contact activity history). the test for meeting, call, or task just breaks the query if the user adds other event types. I removed the entire reference to vtiger_activity.activitytype, because (afaik) vtiger doesn't really care what the type is. Where (vtiger_activity.activitytype = 'meeting' or vtiger_activity.activitytype = 'call' or vtiger_activity.activitytype = 'task') ![]() in that file there is a query around line #492 that contains: The one file i checked (identified in the wiki post) was modules/contacts/contacts.php. This post is from january 2007, so it doesn't address vt 5.1, but i did see that the activity types are, in fact, hard coded in the queries. it's not a solution to the problem, but it does detail why we get the behavior that we do: Ok, this is what i found in the vtiger wiki. Is someone know something about this problem and specially how to fix it? I'm now browsing to see if there is a 5.1.1 or 5.1.0 service pack1 or something like that before trying to see how to report a bug but i'm glad to know i'm not the only one. i created an event email after installing 5.1 over 5.0.4 and same error:įatal error: uncaught exception 'webserviceexception' with message 'id specified is incorrect' in c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\include\webservices\retrieve.php:33 stack trace: #0 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\modules\com_vtiger_workflow\vtentitycache.inc(16): vtws_retrieve('8x1399', object(users)) #1 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\modules\com_vtiger_workflow\vtentitycache.inc(83): vtworkflowentity->_construct(object(users), '8x1399') #2 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\modules\com_vtiger_workflow\vteventhandler.inc(51): vtentitycache->forid('8x1399') #3 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\include\events\vteventtrigger.inc(119): vtworkfloweventhandler->handleevent('.', object(vtentitydata)) #4 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\include\events\vteventsmanager.inc(118): vteventtrigger->trigger(object(vtentitydata)) #5 c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\data\crmentity.php(859 in c:\program files\vtigercrm5\apache\htdocs\vtigercrm\include\webservices\retrieve.php on line 33 Now when I make a new event entry with that type I get the following error:įatal error: Uncaught exception 'WebServiceException' with message 'Id specified is incorrect' in /data2/virtual-Stack trace: #0 /data2/virtual-vtws_retrieve('8x2112', Object(Users)) #1 /data2/virtual-VTWorkflowEntity->_construct(Object(Users), '8x2112') #2 /data2/virtual-VTEntit圜ache->forId('8x2112') #3 /data2/virtual-VTWorkflowEventHandler->handleEvent('.', Object(VTEntityData)) #4 /data2/virtual-VTEventTrigger->trigger(Object(VTEntityData)) #5 /data2/virtual-VTEventsManager->triggerEvent('.', Object(VTEntityData)) #6 /data2/virtual-CRMEntity->save('Calendar') in /data2/virtual-on line 33ĭoes anybody have an idea what goes wrong? ![]() Editing the picklist I created a custom event type: Email.
